After graduation, Samuel was awarded a competitive clerkship with the Chief Justice of the Colorado Supreme Court. After his clerkship, Samuel worked as an associate at a leading Grand Valley law firm. There, he gained practical experience in a wide variety of practice areas including trial advocacy, estate planning, and transactional law.
